Candidate referral scheme
Not every candidate is on job boards or LinkedIn so word of mouth referrals are extremely important to us. Some suitable candidates may not be actively looking for a new job but could none-the-less be the right fit for a role we’re advertising. So how will we find them?
That’s where you come in. If you see one of our jobs advertised that you think a friend, colleague, contact or family member would be perfect for, please let us know. After checking they’re interested, put us in touch with them and we’ll do the rest.
It couldn’t be easier. If we place the candidate, once they’ve pass their probation period you will be rewarded with £200 retail voucher for your matchmaking efforts!
