Client referral scheme


As a valued client, you know how much we appreciate you. We think it’s great when you tell your friends about us too! So great that we’ve set up the client referral scheme as a bit of a thank you.

If you recommend us to a friend or acquaintance and we place their role, we’ll give you 10% off your next invoice to show our appreciation.

It’s simple. All you do is introduce us to your contact and we will acknowledge that you have done so when we take the job order. When we place the role and the invoice is paid, we’ll confirm you are eligible for the discount on your next placement.

Word of mouth is our best friend as an SME. You’ll benefit from a great discount and your contact will get a qualified employee and a new recruitment partner!

Candidate referral scheme


Not every candidate is on job boards or LinkedIn so word of mouth referrals are extremely important to us. Some suitable candidates may not be actively looking for a new job but could none-the-less be the right fit for a role we’re advertising. So how will we find them?

That’s where you come in. If you see one of our jobs advertised that you think a friend, colleague, contact or family member would be perfect for, please let us know. After checking they’re interested, put us in touch with them and we’ll do the rest.

It couldn’t be easier. If we place the candidate, once they’ve pass their probation period you will be rewarded with £200 retail voucher for your matchmaking efforts!

It’s smiles all round! We find ourselves with another satisfied client, your contact bags themselves a fantastic new role and you get a trip to the shops on us!
