Registering with Quay is a simple process. Get in touch and once you've filled out a short form and attached your CV, one of our specialists in your industry will be in touch.
How do I know you’ve received my application?
You should receive an email acknowledging your application, but if not, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm receipt. We always call, text and email to keep you in the loop so you will not be forgotten.
I've seen a vacancy on your website but not actively looking and wanted more info and advice?
Over 30% of our candidates are not what we call "actively" looking. We will always be fully transparent and give you all the details of the vacancy and equally we will talk you through your current situation, your career prospects and talk to you about the market and potential opportunities.
What level do you recruit for?
We have experience recruiting for all levels. One of our directors is particularly skilled at recruiting executives including board members and senior management but we are equally adept at working with candidates for all job levels.
I don't tick all the requirements on the advert, should I still apply?
100% definitely still apply. Often these requirements are an ideal wish list and we encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet them all. You will often have other experience that would be very beneficial for the role or you may even have the right skillset for another client of ours.
Does it cost me anything?
Nope, not a penny. We receive our commission from our clients. It does not cost a thing for our candidates to work with us and also there is no charge for CV tips, interview guidance or any career advice.
