Who are Quay Recruitment?

We are based on the south coast but operating throughout the UK, we offer a specialist contract and permanent recruitment service that allows our partners to get on with their job, using the latest in recruitment technology.

What are the benefits of using your service?

Using our service will save you time, reduce stress and save you money. Time will be saved and stress will be reduced because we will take the task of recruitment off your plate, freeing you up to focus on your own job. Money will be saved because we are likely to get a person in position 25-50% quicker than you will be able to yourself, which will increase productivity. Our rates of staff retention are also likely to be higher due to the rigorous selection process our candidates go through, meaning they are likely to be more suited for the role in the long term.

How can I submit a job order?

You can do that on our contact page. One of our specialist consultants will be in touch shortly to discuss the role or arrange a meeting.

How long will filling my vacancy take?

Typically with a candidate with a one-month notice period, from our initial contact to completion will be two months. This is significantly shorter than the UK average without agency assistance, which is between 12 and 16 weeks.

How much does it cost?

Much like when you get a quote for a plumber, builder or anyone who offers a value-added service, we can’t provide a cost without hearing more about the role and recruitment strategy required. For contingent recruitment, payment is due upon the new employee’s start date. For retained or executive searches payment is required in advance.
