Experience

I trained as a professional dancer, but I had to undergo major brain surgery so I decided to divert into teaching dance, which I do at the weekends. I wanted to embark on a new career path where I can use my other skills and recruitment seemed like the perfect fit. I'm so organised that I even brought a spreadsheet to my interview!

Skills and personality traits

I'm organised, efficient, hardworking, honest and a perfectionist - all skills that are beneficial as a recruitment consultant! I'm a people person and good at building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, finding out what they’re like as a person, not just a CV!

Interests

I love teaching dance classes at The Academy of Musical Theatre at the weekend, keeping fit at the gym and spending time with my family and friends. I'm also a lover of gin and good food!

What makes you tick?

Doing a good job for my client. I love finding candidates their ideal job when they are desperate for a move; it makes me so happy to hear them say “I accept”!

Why Quay?

I have loved every minute of working at Quay! I'm constantly learning from my directors, having fun and exploring new opportunities. I love being the Transport and Logistics specialist and I hope to progress my career further with Quay.
