Role

Experience

Before moving into recruitment, I worked in telecommunications and sales roles, which gave me solid background experience as a lot of what we do is about communicating and selling essentially. I joined Quay in September 2018 and have enjoyed learning the ropes and putting my skills to good use.

Skills and personality traits

I'm honest and eager, two traits that lend themselves to this role. My honesty allows me to build strong, open relationships with my clients and candidates so they know where they stand and that the plan of action is the most beneficial option for them. Being eager means I'm always on hand to assist and keen to match employers with candidates quickly and successfully. I have the ability to create and maintain long-lasting relationships because of the high quality service I provide.

Interests

Reading on a regular basis - usually business or philosophy books. I also love art, cooking, tabata’s and basketball.

What makes you tick?

Hitting 3-pointers in basketball! There's nothing quite like it.

Why Quay?

It's a great place to work; I've been given the opportunity to really grow within the company and make a name for myself as we’re a fresh, new business.
