Director / Recruiter in Supply Chain and Ecommerce
I began my recruitment career in the supply chain and logistics sector and went onto become a Senior Recruiter in supply chain and IT.
As I was mainly recruiting for positions in retail, ecommerce and businesses in other areas of consumer goods, it was natural that I head up Quay's Retail and Ecommerce division. I work with employers to secure the best talent in the industry within sales, marketing, procurement, supply chain and IT departments.
Skills and personality traits
Relationship building: I'm very personable and have very strong skills in this area - I'm still happily working with my very first customers as well as lots of new ones!
Hard working: I won’t stop until the job is done; I never want to keep my clients waiting too long so I put the hours in to find the perfect match for them every time.
Honesty and integrity: This is really important to me because I want to ensure they get a person in post that is right for them and right for the job and the only way to do this is through being honest about many different things.
I'm a keen Portsmouth FC fan and I follow them up and down the country. I also love cooking (and eating), the spicier the better! And going to the pub on a Friday evening isn't the worst thing in the world either!
