My background is within engineering planning and estimating but since COVID, I was overjoyed to join my husband Louis' business after watching him grow it over the years, it is now awesome to be part of it's next development! Since joining the business, I have put together processes for our clients and created guides for candidates as well and also helped with the marketing of the business. Recruitment wise, I have developed a strong network within the distribution network which has proved invaluable as I help pharmaceutical distributers and I have also successfully worked on supply chain and sales roles for both manufacturing and life science companies.
Skills and personality traits
Relationship building: I'm very personable and love to talk to new people and find out about their career plans or if it's a call with a client, I really like hearing about their plans for their businesses.
I am naturally hard working and I won’t stop until the job is done; I never want to keep my clients waiting too long so I put the hours in to find the perfect match for them every time.
Honesty and integrity: This is really important to me because I want to ensure they get a person in post that is right for them and right for the job and the only way to do this is through being honest about many different things.
Interests
I like going to the theatre, cinema, gigs and spending quality time with our little girl. I love getting away in our camper van but also relish a city break, a cruise or a typical beach holiday with a cocktail and a book!
