Once you've instructed us to act as your recruiter, the process is very simple.

  • We'll need to have an initial discussion with you to find out key information about the role and learn a bit about your business.

  • Following that, we will agree on the level of service you'd like to go for. We offer Standard, Silver and Gold packages, allowing you to choose the option that suits your requirements and your budget!

  • Next, with your permission, we will advertise the role on our premium job boards and search for passive candidates on our database as well as those job boards so no stone is left unturned.

  • We'll provide consultative recruiting throughout interviews, offer and negotiation process, onboarding and in the weeks following their start date.
